Registration is now available for indoor volleyball classes for the months of November and December. We generally run out of spots fast. Click at the group's name for more details and registration.

KIDS 8-10 YEARS OLD - Sundays 1:15pm at Q501 Frank Sinatra School at Astoria. 

TEENS LEVEL 1 - Sundays 1:15pm at Q501 Frank Sinatra School at Astoria. Mondays 6:15pm at Q501 Frank Sinatra School at Astoria. Thursdays from 7:15pm to 8:45pm at Long Island City at Q301 Academy for Careers in Television. 

TEENS LEVEL 2 - Mondays from 7:30pm to 8:50pm at Q501 Frank Sinatra School at Astoria. Sundays 2:30pm to 3:50pm at Q501 Frank Sinatra School. Thursdays from 7:15pm to 8:45pm at Long Island City at Q301 Academy for Careers in Television.

TEENS LEVEL 3 - Wednesdays from 6:15pm to 7:30pm at Q501 Frank Sinatra School at Astoria. Saturdays 1:15pm to 2:30pm at Q501 Frank Sinatra School. Tuesdays from 7:15pm to 8:45pm at Long Island City at Q301 Academy for Careers in Television.

TEENS LEVEL 4 - Mandatory knowledge of 4x2 and 5x1 rotations. Games at Astoria on Wednesdays from 7:30pm to 8:50pm and Saturdays 2:30pm to 3:50pm at Q501 Frank Sinatra School.

ADULTS - Practices at Astoria on Wednesdays from 7:30pm to 8:50pm and Saturdays 2:30pm to 3:50pm at Q501 Frank Sinatra School.
