Volleyball Classes for adults. We don't offer different levels. Understand that practices are catered on the fundamentals. Even if you are an intermediate player you will benefit from sharpening up technique and improve passing, setting, service and attacking.

ASTORIA INDOOR SESSIONS AND GAMES - SATURDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS

AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER. Sessions at Q501 Frank SInatra School at Astoria on Wednesdays from 7:30pm to 8:50pm and Saturdays 2:30pm to 3:50pm. Remaining days: 9/10, 9/13, 9/17, 9/20, 9/27, and 10/4. REGISTRATION IS CLOSED!

ADULT COED TEAM TRYOUTS / B/BB

We are forming a CoEd Volleyball Team B/BB to compete at local tournaments. TRYOUTS will happen 10/22 (Wednesday) from 7:30pm to 8:50pm at Q501 Frank Sinatra School at Astoria. The fee is $50. Use discount code EARLYBIRD for $10 off when registering prior to 10/12. CLICK HERE to register.

Players selected for the team will have practices on Wednesdays 7:30pm to 8:50pm, and Saturdays 2:30pm to 3:50pm at Q501 Frank Sinatra School at Astoria during the months of November and December. Days: 11/5, 11/8, 11/12, 11/19, 11/22, 12/3, 12/6, 12/10, 12/13, 12/21 (this last day is a Sunday, and we will have a volleyball tournament from 1-4pm). Other two tournaments scheduled: November 30th at Nassau Community College starting at 8:15am, and December 28th at Nassau Community College starting at 8:15am. The commitment for the overall program is $600 and includes the 10 sessions program, the two tournaments fee, competition and training jerseys. Option of down payment and one instalment.

What level are these classes catered?

These classes are focused on teaching and sharpening up fundamental skills in which benefit all levels. Most of participants are beginners to intermediate.

What equipment do I need?

Each participant has to bring their own volleyball to every practice. Mandatory use of sneakers and athletic clothing. Long hair should be tight up properly.

Is there refunds if I miss a class?

No refunds are granted. For every cycle there is one make up class offered as a courtesy.
