Toss Consistency: Master the perfect, repeatable toss for a reliable serve.
The Float Serve: Learn how to make the ball drop and knuckle through the air.
The Jump Serve: Add power, height, and aggressive top-spin to your game.

Advanced Volleyball Clinic: 4x2 & 5x1 Rotations

Master advanced court strategy at our upcoming clinic. This session is designed specifically for experienced players with a set position (Setter, Libero, Outside Hitter, or Middle Blocker) who want to learn or perfect 4x2 and 5x1 rotation systems.

🏐 The All-Skills Fundraising Clinic

Join us for a high-energy night of volleyball, community, and skill-building! Whether you are stepping onto the court for the very first time or looking to sharpen your game, this clinic is designed for all ages and skill levels.

Our standout U15 and U17 club players are stepping up as coaches for the night! Participants will rotate through specialized training stations, learning directly from our athletes. Every dollar raised directly supports our club's upcoming season.

Date: Friday, October 30th
Time: 7:30 PM – 8:50 PM (Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in!)
Location: Frank Sinatra School at Astoria.
Cost: $35 for one ticket. $60 for two tickets. $100 for four tickets. (Discounted fee expires October 11th.
Who: Open to all ages and all skill levels (Beginner to Advanced)
Every player needs to bring their own volleyball.

Players will rotate through dedicated, high-repetition stations focused on mastering the fundamentals:

The Serving Zone: Power, accuracy, and underhand/overhand consistency.
The Passing Pit: Serve receive, platform control, and defensive movement.
The Setting Station: Hand positioning, footwork, and location precision.
The Attacking Arena: Approaching, timing, and swinging with power.

WEDNESDAY (10/7) at Frank Sinatra School (Q501) in Astoria from 7:30-8:50pm.

Please arrive at 7:15pm and star getting ready. Every player needs to bring a volleyball.

Service Clinic

Service clinic: Friday October 2nd and October 9th from 6:15pm to 7:30pm. Focus: toss consistency, float serve and jump serve.

This program is designed for players ages 11 and up and takes place at the Frank Sinatra School (Q501) in Astoria. Every player needs to bring a volleyball. Without a ball you cannot participate.

Fee is $40 for one day or $70 for two days of clinic. After registration you will receive all details by email. Please check spam.

The all skills fundraising clinic
