Teens Indoor Volleyball Programs at Astoria

Our programs run throughout the year, but we split it by cycles. Registration is available for the November/December cycle. Click at the group's name for more details: 

TEENS LEVELS 1 and 2 combined - Build your skills and experience competitive gameplay in this 7-sessions program combining fundamental training and match play. 📅 Schedule & Locations: most sessions run Fridays from 7:30 PM to 8:50pm at Q501 Frank Sinatra School (Astoria), with critical exceptions for venue changes and two Monday mini-tournaments:

Nov 30 (Mon): 7:30 PM – Mini-Tournament at Frank Sinatra School 🏆

Dec 14 (Mon): 7:30 PM – Mini-Tournament at Frank Sinatra School 🏆

Dec 18 (Fri): 7:30 PM – Frank Sinatra School

TEENS LEVEL 4 and LEVEL 5 combined - Advance your competitive game this winter. This high-level training focus spans position specialization (Setter, Libero, Middle Blocker, Outside/Right-Side Hitter), advanced 5x1 and 4x2 rotations, and tactical precision. Ideal for players with a strong serve, great ball control, or prior tournament experience. 📅 Schedule & Locations - Most sessions run Wednesdays from 7:30 PM to 8:50 PM at Q501 Frank Sinatra School (Astoria), with a few critical exceptions:

Nov 11: No Session (Veterans Day)

Nov 18 (Wed): 7:30 PM – Frank Sinatra School

Nov 25 (Wed): 6:45 PM – 8:00 PM at BQE Fitness ⚠️

Dec 19 (Sat): 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Tournament) at Frank Sinatra School 🏆
