Teens Level 3

Volleyball Classes for teenagers at Astoria and Long Island City. Level 3 is based on players that are defining the position they will play (libero, setter, mid block, outside or right side hitter). They will spend time learning different rotations, and also where placing the ball during the game. This group also works a lot on service (crucial for stepping in level 4).

At this level we start forming teams to compete at local tournaments. We also organize our own tournaments and leagues.

SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER - Sessions at Astoria on Wednesdays from 6:15pm to 7:30pm and Saturdays 1:15pm to 2:30pm at Q501 Frank Sinatra School. Remaining days: 9/17, 9/20, 9/27, 10/1 (this day we will have a tournament from 6-9pm), and 10/4. Fee is 5 sessions for $190. CLICK HERE to register.

NOVEMBER/DECEMBER - Sessions at Astoria on Wednesdays from 6:15pm to 7:30pm and Saturdays 1:15pm to 2:30pm at Q501 Frank Sinatra School. Days: 11/5, 11/8, 11/12, 11/19, 11/22, 12/3, 12/6, 12/10, 12/13, 12/20 (this last day we will have a volleyball tournament from 1-4pm). Fee is $385 for 10 sessions. NOVEMBER/DECEMBER - Sessions at Long Island City on Tuesdays from 7:15pm to 8:45pm at Q301 Academy for Careers in Television. Days: 11/18, 11/25, 12/2, 12/9, 12/16, 12/23, and 12/20 (this will be a Saturday when we will have a volleyball tournament at Q501 Frank Sinatra School at Astoria from 1-4pm).
