POWER WEEKEND VOLLEYBALL BOOTCAMP 9/25 and 9/26

Boost your teenager's volleyball skills with our high-intensity weekend clinic! This program is designed for players ages 11 and up and takes place at the Frank Sinatra School (Q501) in Astoria. Every player needs to bring a volleyball. Without a ball you cannot participate.

To ensure optimal coaching, players will be split into Beginner and Advanced groups, each led by a dedicated instructor.

Clinic Schedule & Focus

Friday (9/25 - 6:15 PM – 8:45 PM) | Libero & Defense Specialist
Beginner Group: platform passing, low-body footwork, and reading the opposing hitter before contact
Advanced group: Serve-receive, diving, rolling, and reading the opposing hitter.
Saturday (9/26 9:15 AM – 11:45 AM) | Set, Attack
Beginner Group: Mastering proper ball control and foundational footwork.
Advanced Group: Adjusting footwork to varied sets, handling imperfect passes, and advanced setting techniques (including jump-sets and unexpected setter dumps/tips).
Registration Fees: Saturday Only: $60. Full Weekend (Friday & Saturday): $100.

SERVICE CLINIC - FRIDAY 10/2 and 10/9

The serve is the most important skill in a volleyball game! You can loose a point, or score a point! A strong, well-placed serve does much more than just put the ball in play; it immediately puts pressure on the opposing team, disrupts their offensive formation, and can score a direct ace to shift momentum.

This program is designed for players ages 11 and up and takes place at the Frank Sinatra School (Q501) in Astoria. Every player needs to bring a volleyball. Without a ball you cannot participate.

Days: Friday October 2nd and October 9th from 6:15pm to 7:30pm. Focus: toss consistency, float serve and jump serve,

Fee is $40 for one day or $70 for two days of clinic. CLICK HERE to register.

Friday (9/25 - 6:15 PM – 8:45 PM) | Attack & Serve Clinic. Core Focus: Refining technical details, including approach, jump timing, arm swing, and wrist snap for maximum power and accuracy.

Saturday (9/26 - 9:15 AM – 11:45 AM) | Set & Attack. Beginner Group: Mastering proper ball control and foundational footwork. Advanced Group: hand placement, footwork, decision-making, and tracking the ball.

FEE: Single day: $60. Full Weekend (Friday & Saturday): $100. After registration you will receive an email confirmation. Please check spam.

Every player needs to bring their own volleyball and wear sneakers.

Service Clinic
