INDOOR SUMMER PROGRAMS AT ASTORIA

Summer break is the time to get ready for the team tryouts! Check out our indoor options for the month of July at Astoria at Q501 Frank Sinatra School. Use discount code EARLYBIRD for $80 discount when registering prior to May 31st. 

LEVELS 1 and 2 - classes focused on beginners. Days: TUESDAY 7/8 from 4-6pm. THURSDAY 7/10 from 4-6pm. FRIDAY 7/11 from 4-6pm. TUESDAY 7/15 from 4-6pm. THURSDAY 7/17 from 4-6pm. LEVEL 3 - Requirements: serve over the net. Good ball control (sufficient to direct the ball to setter or attacker). We will help players develop their position of choice (setter, libero, OH, MB, RH), learn rotations, transitions, and areas of coverage (4x2 and 5x1). INSTRUCTIONAL LEAGUE. Please read schedule details: Days: TUESDAY 7/8 from 6-9pm. THURSDAY 7/10 from 6-9pm. FRIDAY 7/11 from 6-9pm. TUESDAY 7/15 from 6-9pm. THURSDAY 7/17 from 6-9pm. FRIDAY 7/18 from 6pm to 9pm. LEVEL 4 - Requirements: player has experience with specific position (setter, libero, OH, MB, RH), and 5x1 and 4x2 rotations. Please register for level 3 if you are not at this level. INSTRUCTIONAL LEAGUE. League games will happen on Saturdays, and the last two Mondays from 6-9pm. Please read schedule details: Days: MONDAY 7/7 from 4-6pm. WEDNESDAY 7/9 from 4-6pm. SATURDAY 7/12 from 9am to 12pm. MONDAY 7/14 from 4-6pm. WEDNESDAY 7/16 from 4-6pm. SATURDAY 7/19 from 9am to 12pm. MONDAY 7/21 from 4pm to 8:45pm. MONDAY 7/28 from 4pm to 8:45pm.
